STS Meso# 2, Disc 14 Legs + Calisthenics (3 supersets of 7 reps pullup/chin variations, 10 reps push ups, 10 reps dips)
-9-THURSDAY
bodyrock.tv, Smoking Hot Body Workout (dynamic training) completed in 43 minutes all reps completed except I only completed 10 reps each for the press ups when I was supposed to do 25 –I was pooped by the end of the workout. I didn’t add on weighted ab work because there was plenty of core and ab work in Zuzana’s workout. Whew! And I used a 10 jacket over my shoulder to do the get ups instead of the 35lbs Zuzana used because I went hard on legs on the 8th so I didn’t want to push it.
