Today’s Lunch: A Quick & Convenient Chicken Salad

Chopped up and all mixed together… 1 Fillet (5 oz.) unlimited… 1/2 gala apple 1 TBSP 1 cup a few sprays… unlimited… unlimited… H2O – lots And I don’t know how many calories this is because I don’t count calories.  I just eat clean.
