What is “Quick Trouble Zones”?

For those of you who do the “No More Trouble Zones” workout by Jillain Michaels may find this bit useful.   I get this question A LOT so I am going to post the answer here so I can just link to it when I get this question again…makes things quick and easier for me.

“Quick Trouble Zones” are the circuits/exercises within the “No More Trouble Zones” workout that do NOT require you to get on the floor, ie. floorwork.  For example, the circuits or exercises where you have to get on your knees, touch the floor with your hands or sit on the floor you OMIT from the No More Trouble Zones workout.  When you eliminate the floorwork portion from the “No More Trouble Zones” workout you are performing “Quick Trouble Zones”.

The phrase “Quick Trouble Zones” shows up in Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Slimdown rotation over at Exercise.tv for those of you who do not know.

I just wish there was a quick and easy way to divide these out versus fast-forwarding through the floorwork! Any idea if someone has actually edited out the floorwork and has posted the “quick trouble zones” workout routine as a video somewhere online?

No. It’s no where online unfortunately. I understand your frustration. I just do the entire NMTZ to make things easier. I hate my DVD player. :p
