And I feel like I need to rave about her. Her name is Marianne and she is a new fitness enthusiast on Youtube. I found her through some friends over at Video Fitness (thanks again guys) and after watching a couple of her videos I immediately subscribed.
Marianne is comparable to Zuzana’s style when it comes to video and workout style, but her workouts are not as brutal – hard still, but not as crazy as Zuzana’s. I did one of her kettlebell workouts last week and next week sometime I’m going to do her basic stability ball workout along with another one of her kettlebell workouts since I’m starting to use kettlebells.
I think I will be going with Marianne for her kettlebell workouts mostly because she’s great with them. I have been working out more with Zuzana lately because I like her kick ass intervals and circuits so the challenge is what I’m up for. I do Marianne’s videos as well after I do a Zuzana one. I think it’s nice to incorporate different workouts into your routine whether it’s hitting the machines at the gym, doing workout dvds at home, doing workouts from Youtube, running outside or whatever. Just keep your body guessing.
So, for those you who like Zuzana, but can’t really do her workouts yet (the balancing and jumping acts) or are not advanced enough to do them then check out Marianne. Also, some people have been saying that they prefer to workout with Marianne because she’s “more conservative”, but I say whoever puts out good routines…just do ‘em!!! I could care less about what others do as long as they are not hurting others. Zuzana has a kick ass body and she should show it!!! I would!
