My Newest Workouts from DeepDiscount.com


I got my new workout DVD lot from a website called Deep Discount (deepdiscount.com) and I was so happy to learn about this website from my friends over at Video Fitness.  I got 6, fairly new (out this year or last year), DVDs for $59.00 which is unheard of and I got some popular titles from the best home workout instructors on the market today.  I was happy to get workouts for up to 60% off and standard shipping was free.  After I placed my order it took about 6 days for me to get my DVDs so that’s fast for a big online company like that.  Here is what I got!

1. Amy Bento’s Slo-Mo Strength which is a pure strength workout.  You need a lot of equipment at home to participate in this workout.  Work with weights slow to build muscle mass and strength.  This workout is classified as a strength workout and is advancedPreview here!

2.  Marisa Tomei’s Core and Curves which I have been obsessing about getting, but didn’t want to pay $14.95 for it when there are other workout dvds on my wishlist that have more priority.  This workout is all about body conditioning which is what we all need from time to time.  We need cardio, strength and best of all conditioning to create long, lean muscles, to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and to earn balance.  I did one of the workouts on the disc yesterday and I’ll be doing a review on it shortly.  This workout is classified as toning workout and is intermediate/advancedPreview here!

3.  I picked up Jackie Warner’s One on One Training because I love Jackie’s workouts A LOT and will buy anything she puts out, seriously.  This lady is lean for a reason.  I picked up two because they were half off (yay) so I’ll be giving one away in my next blog giveaway!  This workout is classified as a circuit workout an d is advancedPreview here!

5.  Kelly Coffey-Meyer’s Complete Cardio Sculpting is another circuit workout baby must have.  It moves fast, it incorporates both cardio AND strength/toning to get you to burn MORE fat than you usually would by just doing strength or cardio alone.  This workout uses a step, but not for step aerobics.  The step is used to get all of your leg muscles and yes, Kelly gets at your legs really good in this workout.  Awesomeness!  This workout is considered a circuit workout and is advancedPreview here!
