Preview Fitness DVDs Before You Buy At Netflix.com

I don’t always do this, but I think it’s a good idea to preview fitness DVDs before you buy them and I recommend Netflix.com for this.  You get to rent fitness DVDs, view them to it’s entirety and do the workout if you want to. If you don’t like you can send it back and there is no money wasted.  That’s all to it.

“Well, bK you can just go on Youtube or on any independent sellers website to view clips of the workouts so you don’t really need to rent from Netflix.”  Is that right?  Well, I guess you can  but you will not be able to say that you tried the workout and you definitely cannot tell by a three minute clip (excluding Cathe who has 10 minute clips up on Youtube which is sweet) as to whether or not the workout is for you.  I always tell people to try out a workout altogether and maybe even several times to see if you are right.  Also, for those of you who don’t want to store tons  of workout DVDs like how I do…

…will not have to store them if they don’t want to.  It does take up a lot of space, but it doesn’t bother me.

I have workout DVDs that I thought I hated in the beginning and now I love some of them and was glad I purchased them.  There are others that I simply don’t like, but guess what, I’m stuck with them  unless I trade them and there is a big risk when you trade online with people you don’t know.   I was happy my last trade went well.

I do have a lot of workout DVDs, but I still rent from workout DVDs from Netflix anyway if I’m unsure about a new product.  I like to save money too.  Yes, I really do!

Anyway, there are tons of workouts to choose from on Netflix.   There are many types of workouts to choose from as well and the site is always updated.  Not all instructors put their workouts on Netflix, as they should (Cathe doesn’t), but a lot of them do so check them out.   I believe you can sign up for a trial period before you actually join up with them so there is really no excuse not to dabble a bit.  Enjoy!

Notes!

You can also find free, full workouts on Exercise.TV or FitTV as well depending on what cable access you have.  Call your cable company if you are unsure.

You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed.

This is how I discovered Jillian Michaels. I wish more people would put their workouts on there.
