I Am Leaner Because of Hard Work (Progress Pics)


I took these pics two days ago with my Iphone,  in my dungeon (my home gym) in front of a dingy mirror and so forgive me for the bad quality, but you can see me well anyway.  Notice I’m wearing my Cathlete tee which I have rolled up because it got hot after I started my workout.  I still weigh 170lbs and have held onto that number for since July 2009 which is what I wanted to do so great!  I have lost lots of fat every where though and that has been my goal since I started back in July 2009.

A lot mid-section, thigh and arm fat have disappeared.  That low belly flap of skin I had back in July 2009 is gone.  I have some ab muscles exposed, some cuts in my arms and I’m also bulked up in my upper body and I thank Cathe’s Mesocycle 1 and 2 for that.  A little more fat to burn (10%) and then I’m back to just building muscle mass.  I can’t wait.  I’m currently doing a few weeks of circuits and drills that include muscle toning exercises and lots of cardio w/ plyometrics to drop body fat and I believe it’s working as you can tell from my new pics.  I will go ahead with Mesocycle 3 once I’ve reached my body fat goals I’ll look like Zuzana in no time.  Ha!  Clearer pics coming this Spring.

And since I got my new toy, this is how people see me when they come looking for me.  I’m addicted to my Iphone 3GS (32g) which I use apps to track my caloric intake, calorie burn, daily exercise routines and I even do some of my Cathe (cathedownloads.com) and Zuzana (bodyrock.tv) workouts from it.  My Iphone will benefit me in the summer when I’m out in the park and want to do some workouts in the fresh air!

    Hi lady!!! I’ve been lurking on your site for about 6 months; your progress is awesome!!!!! I need your help! I too have the little belly flap going on from 2 C-sections…please please tell me what u think the fastest most effective way is to get rid of this…I currently run about 20 miles a week(training for a 15k for the last 5 weeks now) and I work abs sporadically NOT LIKE I SHOULD; eat well; semi-clean…need all the help u can offer as I want the flap gone by April if possilbe!!! thanks in advance and keep up the excellent hard work!!
