Here is my simple review of Tosca Reno’s new book…

I think that everyone who has the Eat-Clean Diet or The Eat-Clean Diet Expanded Version books should also pick up this book, “The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged”.  Why?  Because I said so.  Ha!  Seriously, this book is the follow-up to it’s older versions.  The older books gave a broad overview of what clean eating is and what the benefits are.  The new book gets into the MEATY details of what was discussed in the earlier books, plus it has new topics which are very useful where dieting and exercising is concerned.  

Here are some the titles of the chapters to catch your attention…

The Eat-Clean Diet Principles
Breakfast - An Entire Chapter
The Basics of Metabolism
Hydration - The Power of Water
Shopping Clean
Eating Clean on the Go (sweeeet!)
Eating Clean in Social Situations (Haaaaaaa! Where is Tosca’s Halo?!)

And of course…more Recipes! She also covers “boobs”. Yeah. Ha!

The structure of the book is setup like the previous version, but with new, colorful pictures and illustrations. There are more charts and graphs which makes this book easy to read. The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged book has 417 pages in it and the previous book, The Eat-Clean Diet Expanded Version only has 272 so that means there is so much more information in the new book.

This book will not target only your dieting habits, but it will also target your mind, body and soul - it’s a great motivational tool at best. I especially like the testimonials written by clean eating fans. Tosca touches more on weight training and body image in this book which is awesome and what I wish was in the previous book. But then I thought, getting clean eating down, learning that way of life and applying it to my life was not easy to begin with. So, if Tosca had put in everything in the first book I think I would have been a little overwhelmed since I was new to clean eating altogether. Those are my thoughts on that.

Last, but not least…this book and the magazines are wonderful investments if you decide to apply clean eating principles into your lifestyle. If you are not open to eating clean to earn the results/goals you’re looking to achieve then pass on this book. If you want to make some slow changes to changing the way you eat and changing your physique then pick up this book or the previous one. If you don’t know what clean eating is all about and are curious, but don’t want to be overwhelmed with lots of info then pick up the previous book.

I love this book because it has everything one needs in it to become a clean eater and to move toward a healthier lifestyle. It’s all about what you eat. I had to learn that the hard way. Pick up this book! You will not regret it!

    I just wanted to say I can’t agree with you more! I was so excited when I got my Recharged book from Amazon (so early because they sent it wouldn’t be sent until January). I actually sat down for about 45 minutes with the old book and this one and couldn’t believe all the changes. It seems the entire book has been rewritten and reworked, it’s even easier to follow now and I love that ALL the recipes are new! I’m very excited to finish reading it as I’ve already lost about 20lbs following The Eat-Clean Diet and am ready to learn more and lose more!
