We’re a Pumpkin Pickin’ Family! Happy Fall!

This past Saturday, we went pumpkin picking at Lentini Pumpkin Patch (Lentini Produce) in Newton, NJ with my little one, my husband, my best friend, her son and her nephews and niece.  My oldest didn’t come along, she went out with her cousins for the day.  We stayed at the pumpkin patch for a whoppin’ four hours and we had a great time! We did a whole lot of walking, jumping and playing in the hay, hanging out in the maze of corn stalks and in the pumpkin patch.  And what a WORKOUT IT WAS!!!!

The day started off with a little kiddy mazing. See the pic where my shortcake is throwing hay. Too cute!

OK here comes the crazy part…getting through the corn maze!!! Eeeek!!!  We spent a good two hours in this place.  I guess we’re not smart enough to get through it because we ended up back tracking and came out of the entrance.  Ha!  It was getting very cold and the sun was setting so we needed to get back.  We enjoyed reaching each trivia podium and filling in the puzzle.  Here are some pics of the maze and my family in the corn.  My kid is literally one of the Children of the Corn now!!! LOL!
