Legs, Plyo, Plyometric Workouts

Right now, I’ve been focusing on plyometrics to help me to get my cardio minutes in as well as to help burn fat in my lower body and to help build muscle using my own body weight and to catch up to my upper body. Oh it hurts and I’m in shape. Eeeeeeeeeeek! If you do decide to do this…take it easy and work your way into it. It’s so worth it. I promise!

I know that Cathe Friedrich has plyo in her STS program and also the P90X has it too. I’ve seen both and they look GREAT to me. Right now, I’m doing my own thing because I simply cannot afford to buy either (I’d rather spend my money on makeup – shoot me!)

Also, I am addicted to this channel on Youtube so check them out … Diet Health. Lots and lots of cool videos with tips on how to workout and how to get on and keep a good diet. Love it!

My 31st Birthday!

My birthday was two Fridays ago and yeah I’m just getting around to posting these. I didn’t do anything for my birthday except go to work and ummm I got these…aren’t they just beauTIful?
