The Proof is in the Booty
Watch out now! See, this is what you call working those glute muscles haaaaaaaaaaaard! Thank you Cathe! I’ve been working with Cathe’s Butts & Guts and her Gym Styles Legs DVD through out the course of the month of May (a little of April too) and WOW the quick results! There goes to show that with a little dedication, consistencey that you can too get your SEXY BACK!!!! This is called true muscle definition building at its best my friends. Just when I thought ALL was lost…I was so wrong. I have been wrong about so much lately, but right in so many ways too! Just look at that booty!
There is some pop right there (you see it??) and I noticed it this past Saturday so this is my progress pic from the entire month of May…sorry for the delay. I put a before pic down there too so you all can compare. Sweeeet!!!!
The best exercises for the booty that I have learned to love and have worked for me are (all weighted):
One Leg Squats
Static Lunges
Lunge Pulses
Walking Lunges
Plie Squats
Leg Presses w/ band
Glute Squeezes on step or ball
Roll ins on Ball
Thigh Lifts
Inner Thigh squeezes with ball
Pilates Lower Body (thank you 10 Minute Solution!)
