Back muscles go…POP!


OK so I thought that my barbell bentover rows at a 90 degree angle weren’t working.

I was so wrong!

I thought that my rear delt raises weren’t working.

I was so wrong!

I thought my standing dumbell and band lat raises weren’t working.

I thought my barbell pullovers weren’t working.

I was so wrong!

I thought my one arm dumbbell rows at a 90 degree angle weren’t working.

I was so wrong!

Anything is possible if you push yourself, give it time, stay consistent and pull the heaviest you can w/o sacrificing form. Woot!
