There are three things I want to blog about today and here they are!
Cathe’s Power Tower
See that image above? Yeah? I want that! It’s Cathe’s Power Tower for STS and I want it! It’s not available for sale yet, but when it does go up for sale I’m on it.
Look at Cathe in that photo. She’s a real bad a$$. Bad to the bone! I love that tough chick.
Moving on…
The Power Tower is good for doing pull ups and chin ups, as you can see it is what Cathe is doing in that photo. It also acts as a barbell rack too which I need since I lift weights lying down on my Step. I no longer use my weight bench because it doesn’t recline or decline (it’s old). The only other feature I wish it had is where it can be used as a squat rack because I really want a squat rack. But all in all, it looks like a great product. It’s small, does the job along with The Step and it’s made by Cathe so I know, for sure, the quality is all there.
I will pay whatever she wants for it. I want it now!!!!!
Michelle’s Amazing Gunz

Isn’t Michelle Obama just fierce and radiant? Healthy looking? Totally in shape? Yes. Yes. And yes. It’s what I’m aiming for and everyone should as well! Let Michelle be another one of your inspirations ladies and gentlemen.
Some seem to think that Michelle Obama’s arms are too much for her First Lady status. NOT! Whoever is making a big deal about Michelle showing off her gunz are all haters who WISHES they could have just a stinch of her genes when it comes to her arms and physique. I just find it amusing that people have nothing else better to do than worry about Michelle Obama’s arms.
Now, if her arms were a bloody mess, straight hideous then I could see why something like that could be an issue. It’s obvious that Michelle works hard to keep looking the way she does because she does. Getting into shape and maintaining is another job in itself and she should be commended, not commented on when it comes to her hard work! As busy as she is she still finds time to hit the gym and we can all learn a lesson from her. Just looking at Michelle motivates me work harder to reach my fitness goals and I’m well on my way.
Orthorexia – Give me a break!
Orthorexia / Orthorexic? What the…? Don’t know what Orthorexic is? I don’t even want to link to it, but THE STUPID ARTICLE CAN BE READ HERE. Thanks for sharing Reader’s Digest…bleh! They cannot be serious. LOL!
They have got to be kidding me. I won’t say much about it, but I will say this though:
They will say, create, conjur up and/or stir the pot to make a dime out of anything. More idiotic labels are on the way so it doesn’t end with this one!
My advice? Kick the labels to the curb and keep on “obsessing” about what you put into YOUR mouth because nobody else will. Eat clean, natural, whole foods and enjoy them. Eating the healthy way, before there was a such thing before fast food and junk food, does not mean it has to be unenjoyable.
Food is fuel for your body and it is what keeps you going in the right direction, lessens chances of illnesses/diseases and when you fuel up with the best then your body will be the best. Eat good, you look good PERIOD!
…and that’s all I have to say about that! *off my soapbox*
