And I will always keep it beachy, of course.
I am in no other major weight loss or fitness challenge right now so I’ve decided to take myself on versus taking on other people. I’m challenging myself to eat clean using Tosca’s Cooler #1 plan for two whole weeks which is explained in her book, “The Eat-Clean Diet”. Small goals are easier to achieve than bigger ones so I’m going to take this two weeks at a time and pray. Ha!
This challenge starts this Monday and I’m going to be alternating between two sets of meal plans each day. Tomorrow is Saturday so I need to head to the grocery store so I can pack up my coolers for lunch next week and the week after. I find that weekends, since it’s getting warmer outside, complicate my diet and moves it into the poor basket. I’m going to work through that and take my lunch with me during outings with my little family to keep on track.
I’ve gotten my fitness setup correctly and I know it because I am leaning out faster than I was about two months ago. I need to kick it up a notch with a cutting diet so that’s what I will do. I’m going strictly H20 as well so I’m ditching the Powerade Zero for the entire testing period. I’m also going to go strictly circuit intervals as my cardio for the next two weeks as well. I will leave running for the start of summer as I train to get my endurance up doing high intensity circuit intervals. I’m going to treat this time as if I’m in a boot camp that has a fat farm attached to it.
If you haven’t purchased the book by now you should be very ashamed of yourself because this book is the BIBLE when it comes to whole foods, healthy eating, beautiful bodies and better skin! Also in the spirit of bikinis, the beach and my big behind, since the Oxygen Magazine I picked up is all about GLUTES, I’m going to add a glutes routine onto each of my strength days as a reinforcement that the summer is coming up and I need to handle my business all next week and the week after to compliment my Cooler # 1 diet. We’ll see how it goes!
