Day #2 – Cooler #1 Diet – Eat-Clean Diet
It’s Day # 2 of my Cooler #1 diet and everything is going fine except for the heart burn, a tiny headache and emptiness in my belly that I’m experiencing during Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet…when I’m taking I’m not taking dirty carbs my tummy doesn’t like it. Also, I just had meal #2 so I shouldn’t be hungry, but I feel empty and thankfully lunch is right around the corner.
My diet withdrawl symptoms makes me want to go run to Burger King and order a Whopper with cheese. Hey, I know better so that’s something I will not do of course. Other than that, like I said, it’s going well. Almost two days down and twelve to go!
When I have to meet my daily caloric intake goals (which I haven’t in a while, never came close), I feel like I have to eat too much. The small meals six times a day is a pain in the butt to take down. I like to eat when I’m hungry, but in order to lose weight you have to eat and in order to lean out you have to eat and the foods you eat must be clean. That’s the reality of it. I was never one to eat a lot, I just ate bad foods all of the time which in turn made me a fat girl. This is what motivates me every single day. I took the time out to learn and ummm I’m no longer the fat girl! Here are my stats from yesterday!!! I’m loving my nutritional breakdown numbers as it resembles The Zone Diet a lot.

Cycles A Go!
Sometime in June or July of this year I will be making purchase on a road/triathlon bike. I will not be spending lots of money as I do not know if I like to cycle for racing yet. The bike I’m interested in is strong and it will do as I learn how to cycle. A serious cycler has several bikes and they always have that first bike to jump on that will bring those old cycling memories back so I’m good with a less expensive road bike right now as I am a beginner. Smart, right? Ha!
I am very interested in the Fuji Roubaix 2008 or 2007…it doesn’t matter. There are a few dealers in my area so it’s no trouble trying to locate one once I get the cash in my hand. Here is a picture of it below. It has to be red because red is my favorite color…easy. Specs are quite impressive, I think. I have a lot to learn in regards to the bike, clothing and equipment itself. Anyway, here she is…

Another picture…like I need another one on the web!
And finally, the newest pic of me taken this past Saturday – July 18, 2009. Hello!
