Fragile Knees? Problem solved!

I usually don’t make two blog posts in one day, but since I’m childless today I decided to go ahead and do it.

I went to Big Lots yesterday looking for window shades and ran into something called a Knee Cushion that gardeners use when they get down on their knees to tend to their work. I took a look at it and immediately thought that this little piece of foam could go under my knees when I get down to do floor exercises. Sometimes I do modified push ups and don’t want to put a pillow or a towel on the floor so I bought this item for 2 bucks so no sweat.

I got down to do 10 modified push ups after my kickboxing and stretching workouts and my knees felt soooo good. The best thing about this item is that it’s flat, weighs nothing and can be tucked into the smallest places so it’s out of the way versus having to get a pillow, or pull out my yoga mat and fold it a couple or three times OR get a towel. This took the pressure off of my knees so this can work for any knee exercise.

Anyway, I thought this was a good tip so I decided to post it. That’s all!
