My High Blood Pressure teammate on SparkPeople posted that today and I thought that was so cool of her. Everybody responded fast, in abundance and expressed so much happiness to have read those words.
I am too grateful for them as I was feeling a little down for the past week and a half because so many people fail to realize that it’s not so much as what you say most of the time, it’s about what you do. When you “DO” you are sure to get things done. When you “TALK” when you should be “doing”, most likely “nothing” gets done. I like to do, show and then teach others.
It’s one thing to teach others, but if you have nothing to show for what you have done and have learned in the process…then how in the hay can you teach anybody anything??? Hmmmmm…you can’t and people who are trying to learn should stay away from that mess. “When you see crazy coming, cross the street.” LOL! I love that quote because it’s funny, but it’s GREAT advice.
And that’s the word for the day ladies and gentleman. Now go and reflect on that! ^^^
