Fitness Minutes Totals for the Month of January 2009


My goal was to complete 1000 minutes of fitness for the month of January 2009. My goal was met and exceeded my expectations.

1 -n/a (ended up in ER)
2 – 60 mins of upper body strength including core/abs, 20 minutes of cardio, 5 mins runner’s stretching
3 – n/a (migraine clusters)
4 – n/a (migraine clusters – ended up in ER again)

5 – 60 mins of lower body strength including core/abs, 20 mins of cardio (too cold to run), 5 minutes of runner’s stretching
6 – 40 mins Cathe Beginner Step and 5 mins of runners stretching
7 – 45 min upper body and abs, 20 min TBL Cardio Max, 5 min runners stretching
8 – 40 mins Cathe Beginner Step and 5 mins of runners stretching
9 – jogged and power walked for 30 mins., 45 mins lower body and abs
10 – DAY OFF – CELEBRATED MY 50LB LOSS TODAY!!!!! – WOOOO!
11 – Sunday day off…

12 – 45 mins lower body and abs
13 – no cardio today…experimenting
14 – 45 mins upper body and abs
15 – 20 mins of Jillian’s Cardio Kickbox
16 – 45 mins pull strengths (back, biceps) and abs
17 – n/a
18 – Sundays day off!

19 – 45 mins legs, 20 mins of Day 1, Week 1 of C25K and 5 mins runner stretching
20 – Obama’s Inuagy! (no exercise – watched inaugural balls)
21 – C25k run and free run – 30 mins
22 – n/a
23 – push strength 60 mins
24 – pull strength 60 mins
25 – c25k run and free run – 35 mins

26 – legs strength 60 mins
27 – c25k run and free run – 38 mins
28 – push strength – 60 mins
29 – c25k and free run – 49 mins
