Last Post of the Year – Tight Tummy and No Backside! Woot!


Bye bye 2008 and good bye fat tummy and big booty! Oh and excuse my mess. When I wake up in the morning, I immediately weigh myself and take pics and then brush my teeth and so on and so forth. TMI? Sorry!!!

Here I is! Was taken on Christmas and I’m showing off my tummy and my no behinded-ness (that a word?). No booty. All gone. Take a look at my befores and look at my afters. Sad! But hey, the sacrifices you make to become thin. I think I like it!

My tummy still needs a lot of work. In the pic below I am not holding it in. I wouldn’t do that to you. That is me in the flesh and I worked hard for that right there. I still have ample amount of fat going on all in that vicinity – I call it a doughnut (like a donut you put on your car when you get a flat tire…like that…the little one, not a regular tire). I am working on this area of course with help from Tim Horton and his Power 90 Abs workout – 100 crunches in less than 5 minutes – I love it! Now, how to get a booty??? I’m still thinking about this one, but I think this may be next to impossible to achieve.

As long as I’m happy right??? And if I put in enough work I’ll get a shape ??? Let’s hope so! To all of my BBQs…pray for me and for all of SBD friends, send me some wheel power dust please!!!!
