Susan Powter’s Daily Caloric Consumption Chart

I love Susan Powter because she tells it like it is and is straight up with people when they ask how can they get on the road to a healthy life and how to get into fitness. I remember seeing her on TV when I was a little girl, all loud and motivating…hey, I was young and I couldn’t change the channel. Ha! She had a very short hair cut, but she was pretty…still is. Love her!

I found this nifty chart on her blog…I hope it’s OK to link to it. I think it is very helpful since it’s coming from an expert and not me. When I tell people that I try to eat up to 2000 calories per day they say I’m eating too much. Or when they ask me what they should do to get out of their plateaus or why they can’t lose weight and I say up your caloric intake they think I’m crazy. No no no…that’s not true. So, here is the proof and it’s coming from an expert and not me. Take a look!

You can download the .pdf file here and add it to your memory key or save it to your PC.
