…between yesterday and this morning!
Wow!
So I kicked major butt getting out and power walking. I came back and did my upper body strength split. Not to mention I’m back on South Beach Diet Phase 1 so that helps! I am too happy with myself. I am back!
I am patiently awaiting ThinnMann’s Runners Log spreadsheet. He says on his website that it will be up before the New Year. Fingers crossed!
I also wanted to mention that I have finally found and started using a good food and activity log sheet and it’s handy for those of you who also keep a fitness binder like me (I keep two actually). It’s located HERE for download. Enjoy!
I also took on a new challenge (yesterday, but it started on Dec. 26, 2008 though) over at 3FC (I love the gals over there) and I posted that I will lose 20lbs by Valentine’s Day. The challenge is called “The Valentine’s Day Challenge”. Wish me luck! I probably won’t need it because I’m going to do it anyway. Here is my V-day Challenge ticker!
